Our classes

  • HOT POWER VINYASA

    A challenging and dynamic power vinyasa class that includes creative flow rooted in intelligent vinyasa sequencing. This all levels class focuses on alignment and breath, encourages creativity in your practice and renews both body and mind.

    *Class is heated to 100 degrees with infrared heat.

  • HOT PILATES

    Hot Pilates is a training system that combines pilates principles with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and is completed in a heated room. It is an intense full-body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health.

    *Class is heated to 95 degrees with infrared heat.

  • Kettlebell Sculpt & Flow

    Empower your practice with this 45 minute class of kettlebell strength movements followed by a series of yoga asanas. Students will learn how to master the use of kettlebells to boost their muscle endurance, improve core strength, and build general muscle stability and control in their daily practices.

  • CARDIO DANCE

    A high energy dance-based cardio class for all levels. The class will alternate between easy to learn choreographed dance combinations and toning exercises. This class will make you sweat and give you a total body burn that will leave you feeling energized for days!

  • HOT 26

    Hot 26, The Original Hot Yoga is a highly effective, therapeutic hatha yoga series consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room.

    The sequence is designed to systematically work every muscle, joint, tendon, organ and system to develop strength and flexibility and to heal the body from the inside out. The practice requires patience, self control and discipline which develops focus, concentration and a strong mind.

    Although challenging, this is a low impact, beginning class and is accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels.

    We offer Hot 26 in both 60 and 90 minute classes.

  • ASHTANGA

    Ashtanga Vinyasa is a dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizing breath and movement and is the birthplace of vinyasa flow. The practice originated in Mysore, India in the 1940s-50s through the Jois family. Your HAUS Ashtanga teachers study with Manju Jois every year and work diligently to carry on the Jois Family lineage.

    The standing sequence in Ashtanga gives the student all the joint and muscle ranges they need for health. Students then move into floor postures where the teacher varies the work according to what the students need that day. Ashtanga Vinyasa is Hatha Yoga with tremendous strength-building.

    The classroom is warm (75-80) but is not actively heated with infrared heat.

  • BARRE

    Barre workouts combine ballet-inspired moves with elements of pilates and strength training for a full body workout with a goal of creating long, lean muscles while improving posture, core strength and flexibility. Exercises are done to tempo with a wide variety of music. Clients can expect to use a variety of props and will find that each workout is new and different.

  • Restorative Yoga

    Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. Poses are typically held for 5 minutes or more and utilize props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps.
